EZIA Performance Carlsbad Fitness Class is small group training for active adults. This class is designed for individuals who like the motivational atmosphere of working out in a group. Performance Fitness is set up for everyone, whether you train one or five day(s) a week. Each day has a different focus using a variation of our EZIA ESP Science, ensuring that you get the results you want. The 60 minute sessions feature your favorite EZIA coaches, leading you in dynamic warm ups for flexibility, functional movements in strength training, and intervals for conditioning. Total Body: This class is a total body workout incorporating various pieces of equipment and complex movements to improve balance, stability and core strength.
Upper Body/Core: Utilizing free weights, supersets, cable machines and core stability circuits this class improves shoulder stability, upper body, and core strength.
Lower Body: This class focuses on the lower body, including the glutes and hamstrings, by incorporating kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and single leg exercises to improve core, lower back and leg strength.
Speed: This class incorporates fast, high intensity exercises as well as strength training to improve coordination and agility.
Functional: Using moderate weights this class incorporates circuits and interval training that aid in everyday movements for active lifestyles.
Conditioning: This is a fun and stress relieving class that incorporates an in-depth dynamic warm-up to improve flexibility and conditioning drills, which focus on keeping an elevated heart rate by utilizing conditioning toys.
